We specialise in Custom Design and Remodelling at Delross Design Jewellers. Our four-step Bespoke Design process has been created to make your experience enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. You are welcome to be involved as much or as little as you wish throughout the project, and our consultants can either work with you on developing a design idea that you may have, or they can alternatively come up with an idea for you completely.

Delross Design Jewellers have an in-house valuer of whom is accredited by the National Jewellery Council of Australia & Gemological Association of Australia. Our Valuer is capable of performing complex valuation appraisals on both single jewellery items or entire estates for insurance or legal purposes.
Delross Design Jewellers offer more flexibility and discretion than most Our fast and reliable buying process means that you will be paid for the sale as soon as the goods change hands from yours to ours. We buy finished jewellery, broken jewellery, 'bits and bobs', scrap gold, platinum and silver - and other precious metals.
Our beautiful selection of Antique, Vintage and Second-Hand pieces come from various sources, and all items of jewellery are thoroughly examined and assessed by our Valuer, Gemologist and Jeweller before being listed for sale on our website and shop. Our second-hand buyers license entitles us to purchase second-hand goods from private sellers, other businesses and various vendors for the purpose of resale.

I was absolutely thrilled with the service and skill at Delross Design. I had an ancient Roman coin which I wasn't sure what I wanted done with in terms of a necklace. Maraeka sent me a list of options and photos of designs to choose from and consulted with me at every step. I was also on a tight timeframe and Maraeka was communicative, honest and so helpful. I had such a fantastic experience working with this company. They were so helpful in getting pictures of the ring I wanted on someone’s hand and in natural light as I requested. They also helped to lower my overall cost so that I could afford to have it sized when it arrived from Australia to my little town in California. We need more businesses like this around that really treat the customer like they are a priority! I’m extremely happy with my purchase!! :)

I stumbled across Delross Design Jewellers when I was looking for a specific brand of bracelet. When I arrived in store not only was I greeted with amazing customer service but when I explained what I was looking for Maraeka went above and beyond to help me get it. I returned about a month later with another bracelet which I had received for my birthday and had sadly been broken by my puppy. Again Maraeka greeted me with amazing customer service even remembering me from my last visit. The bracelet was repaired quickly, perfectly and for a great price. The marquise diamond from my existing engagement ring was used and Maraeka sourced the most exquisite trillion diamonds to complete the vision for my ring. I could not be happier with it. Judy, Maraeka and the team at DelRoss have recently assisted with the recreation of my lost wedding rings and for a second time round, I couldn't be more pleased. They have turned out almost identical! Maraeka and Judy have worked tirelessly to find another perfect Ceylon sapphire. I was utterly devastated when I couldn't find my original wedding rings (also created by DelRoss). Fortunately now I have a second perfect pair.
