Ann and her team were relentless in their efforts to make the sale happen. Through fire ,flood and covid, nothing could halt their enthusiasm and positivity. I was always kept in the loop with enquiries and inspections and with Ann’s knowledge of the local market she was not swayed by the tyre kickers , and professionally recognised the serious buyers, resulting in a sale .
