A family-owned and managed Sunshine Coast firm based in Maroochydore on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Harvesting Group Real Estate cares for landlords and tenants across South East Queensland, from the Gold Coast through to Gympie. We've been looking after landlords and their properties throughout South East Queensland and out to Mount Isa for the past 14 years.
Rent is receipted each business day and disbursed the first business day after mid and end of month. A rental statement is generated detailing rent collected and expenses paid accompanied with invoices. Current rental market research is communicated with lease renewal recommendations for consideration and instructions.
We are active Landlords ourselves & understand the needs & frustrations that can come from a maze of overwhelming information. The Harvesting Group have managed our Investment property for a few years now and they have been amazing. Any request has been handled smoothly and thoroughly, from managing quotes to installing new smoke alarms detectors or cook tops or paying rates and insurance invoices .
They have always been on time and communicated to us. Harvesting are the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents. Highly recommend them to manage your assets and give you peace of mind.

My husband and I would like to extend a sincere thankyou to the team at Harvesting Group Property Management for their excellent service they have provided us over the last ten years in managing our three properties and in the sale of those properties.

Absolutely would not recommend these property managers to anyone who cares about their rental! In response to their reply to my wife Nicoles review since there is no option to response i would like to make it clear that these people absolutely have no interest in maintaining a property to even a minimal standard. In saying the owners are responsible for all insurance checks as a response to my quarry. In the instance of my property there were leaking gas, water and live electrical wires all to which was completely overlooked and when further investigation was done these property managers had absolutly

If I could give a zero star review I would! Landlord and tenants please beware! This agency should not hold any form of licence - how any of their agents got their licence is beyond me! As a real estate agent of 16 years I looked at their reviews before signing a lease and gave them an opportunity as I understand that every agency has unhappy clients - I was wrong to do so! Unfortunately due to the agent's complete lack of communication our landlord was left to compensate us for urgent repairs that weren't carried out during the first few months of our tenancy. PLEASE BEWERE.. Harvesting group property managers have appauling communication to say in the least and are not operating to the best interest of their clients. They are very quick to play the blame game and will not answer phone calls or emails to urgent matters before days of waiting. Since changing property managers we have been notified they did not even have the correct documentation needed to have the insurance covered if anything were to happen.. this is extreemly concerning and i hope no one else has to be put in that situation. EDIT - In repsonse to your reply, the issue was not waiting for parts to arrive, we fully understand that is often the case. The issue was having no repsonse at all from you for over three weeks when we first reported the issue (until we sent a breach notice). You wouldn't have even known what part to order beacuse you hadn't bothered to action our straightforward request.
As others on here have said, you are continually economical with the truth.

Outstanding! In my 30 + years of renting experience, Harvesting Group Property Management Maroochydore are clearly #theBest in the Business.
Communication with both tenants and the property owners is in real time and this is an absolute 1st.
Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.
The Property Manager ensured a Tranquil and peaceful existence, in a home that is beautifully maintained.
I have read some of the other questionable comments, clearly made by people with an agenda.
