Was the dirtiest place I’ve been to in a while.. The bath had a ring around it and when turned in filled with dirt .. the roof had water dripping from it.. AND. To Top it all off the staff are rude and speak to you like your there for them..
Wouldn’t even let my ex stay there for a night

If no stars was an option I would have given it .. to start with customer service is a joke.. then the rooms are flith.. mould on the walls , the spa was dirty as , and to top everything off the night guy tried to tell ppl they can’t go out or they will be locked out then got rude..

Room was tired and needs a revamp. Reception had very strong cooking smells and also needs a clean/revamp. Pool area is cluttered and uninspiring. Female staff member at front desk was polite while she held a fussing baby during check in. Could not sleep the extremely loud air-conditioning kept turning on (unable to load video) no matter what I did. The television was also not functioning properly (also can't upload video) Clearly the photos online were nothing like what I saw and experienced. Comfortable and spacious room, which was positioned on the side away from the noisy pub which made it very restful.
Stairs only access to the upper level a bit of a drag, but the staircase was well lit.
Friendly staff making it easy to book and check in. Pre-payment a great asset for early travellers.

Well to start off got off train at st Mary's station it takes about 10 to 13 minutes to walk it was nice and peaceful some rooms have spas has a pool very clean but found some items not going to mention I have told reception about it bed was comfortable it was a good stay

Location, pool, rooms, spa, breakfast, staff everything was just awesome. Allowed me early check in. Room had a good size balcony overlooking Boutique style garden and pool. I had a great sleep at this place. I highly recommend this hotel. Cheaper than 5 star hotels but you get same style facilities if not more.

Clean resort style room with personal balcony overlooking pool. Study table with cool lamp. Dining table, cofee table and sofa. Perfect breakfast. Comfy bed, Early check in and late check out. Professional and friendly staff. Will definitely stay back again.
