It is rare for people to sleep well all of the time, but if you have difficulty sleeping on a regular basis, this article might be a good starting point. Quality of Life Psychology offers professional, outcome-focused services with specialist expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Our breadth of expertise means that we are able to provide assistance to our clients for a wide range of difficulties in accordance with individual interests and strengths.
Debra uses a psychodynamic approach to therapy and in consultation with each client develops therapy to suit individual circumstances. Her training includes CBT, DBT, Mindfulness approaches, Parallel Parent Child Narrative, Circle of Security and also hypnotherapy techniques.

Debra's past employment history includes working with CAMHS, an Early Childhood (0-5yrs) team, Adelaide Sleep Disorders Unit (Repatriation General Hospital), Glenside Hospital and in private practice.Her approach is to work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide you with the best holistic care; she is also strongly committed to evidence based practice.
This is payable at the end of your appointment by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. This fee is significantly below the Australian Psychological Society's recommended fee ($267). The cost of an individual psychology session with a Generalist Psychologist or Clinical Psychology Registrar is $180.

We know that it is sometimes difficult to get time away from work to attend appointments, that is why we offer out of hours appointments called Premium Appointments.There are only a limited number of these appointments available each week, so please request one early to avoid disappointment.
