The increase in popularity of cruises for Australians has been enormous, so much so that some of the world's best ships regularly enjoy a summer season in the southern waters. Australians liking of the cruising has seen many clients fly & cruise. It has been so popular that we have a consultant who is highly accredited ICCA "Cruise Masters" - a qualification that has over 40 hours of training and the course is finished overseas.
The airlines have gone full circle with airfares, embracing new technology and making on-line bookings for straight forward itineraries that are relatively simple. However booking engines have assumed price as the most important factor in choosing an airline. Airlines once again depend on agents and now offer selected agents airfares that are not available on the internet.

They had someone good but they left long ago. The new people make too many mistakes, they did eventually compensate me but it was after the event and a lot of hassle... it really did ruin the whole experience, they ignored me quite a bit and failed to admit their mistakes. I do not recommend this group at all. There are plenty of other agencies.
