I used Anthony Costello for the first and last time. heres why. i booked my car in for a timing chain repair and was told it would take 2 days. i get a call saying the car needs some seals done and it would cost an extra $600 i was happy with this and went ahead with it. they told me it would take a week for parts to come from Melbourne. 2 weeks pass and i call them to see whats going on. they told me parts were actually in Singapore and that i would have to wait another week. a week passes again no calls from the mechanic. i call them and they said some parts have arrived and others haven't but

Service is second to none! Very professional and The best Service I've experienced in a Mechanic that specialises in BMW work.
All parts were in stock and that made for a speedy turnaround.
The receptionist was very knowledgeable and Helpful.
Quote came in Under cost.
Overall you May pay a little more than some but Anthony's expertise was worth the money, And Peace of Mind that the work was of the best quality you could ask for !

3rd time servicing my still newish Mercedes at ACA with no drama. The work done on the car is okay but today i was shocked to receive the worst treatment/customer service from Belinda and ACA while picking my MERCEDES-BENZ after spending over $2900 for the regular service. Belinda was rude and argumentative with me and made false accusations regarding my payments when i had always paid the same way. As if that wasn't enough she called her colleague who was on his day off to discuss me openly. She ensured my car didn't get cleaned despite being informed of this and having the car a whole day and
