Thank you to Wen for assistance with my MINI Cooper JCW. Wen is very friendly and professional and was able to diagnose the problem and took the time to explain what was going on and offer advice. Wen was recommended to me by the previous owner of our Mini. Having met him I can see why. He did all he could to fit me in to his busy schedule, turned up when he said he would, and did the service I needed. He clearly has a great knowledge of Minis and a very professional, but friendly manner. No doubt he'll be looking after the car as long as we have it.

Wen has done an excellent job and has now serviced every car owned by our family - two Mercedes, a VW Touareg and a VW Golf. He is very courteous and carefully explained what he was going to do, and showed that he only uses original equipment manufacturer parts. He arrives on time, is highly skilled and has all the equipment to do a first-class job (far better than the dealerships). Highly recommended

Wen from Euro Specialty Automotive is your man if you want your mini repaired. He provided very professional service and diagnosis of issues with our mini including work on engine, hydraulics and convertible soft top. His knowledge of Minis is intimate, and you will get quality repairs and service from him at at very reasonable price. He is much quicker and more reliable than repairers we have tried who are unfamiliar with the quirks of Mini design (and much better than an official mini dealer and repairer that we tried.) I can't talk highly enough of ESA. Wen is a major lover of European vehicles and it shows in his work. He is responsive, fair in his pricing and breaks down repairs to be affordable. He is a stickler for detail, genuinely takes pride in his work and it shows in your cars performance. As a Mini lover, I wouldnt go anywhere else and I've tried… various other specialist mechanics in the ACT. Wen practices the best hygiene principle's in these challenging Covid times, wipes down the vehicle before and after and wears a mask at all times. Best bit, he comes to you.
