Originally from the UK, Sair started Lush Floristry in Sussex. She quickly gained an excellent reputation as a talented florist and grower and particularly loved styling and creating gorgeous English weddings. After relocating to Sydney in 2019, Sair wasted no time in starting up her Floristry again, this time from Kensington in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Even complete novices are guaranteed to come away with a creation they can be proud of and it's always a friendly, fun and enjoyable session for all. I did three wonderful workshops with Sair.
The Christmas wreath making I did with a friend and we were both over the moon with the lush wreaths we made! I did the next workshop with my mum, making rosemary centerpieces and it was such a lovely experience, really special to do this activity together with my mum. The third one was making a spring living wreath and this time my daughter came along. Sair not only taught the adults, she designed activities for the children too. Sair makes the workshops so much fun, I can’t recommend Lush highly enough!

I’ve been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of several bouquets from Lush Floristry and they’ve each been stunningly beautiful and different. Sarah puts her heart and soul in to her work and it shows in everything she makes.
I also treated myself to the Lush Floristry Christmas Wreath Making course. I didn’t honestly expect to come out with anything great as flowers are really not my passion, but with Sarah’s encouragement I surprised myself and left with the most beautiful wreath (which lasted more than 6 weeks on my front door!!!).

Spent a fun evening with the effervescent Sarah making Christmas Wreaths. Never expected to come out with such a successful wreath, in fact everyone in the group made such beautiful and unique ones. The range of items we could use was huge and it really meant we could be as bespoke as we wanted. Expertly tutored and brilliant value, cannot recommend Lush Floristry more.
