Please do not go to this place, these people are not florists, they are thieves. I went there today and asked the lady for 50 dollars worth of flowers. I got given probably 10 dollars worth of flowers, essentially one white flower with some pretty unimpressive small flowers. Essentially I could have gotten the same value of flowers at Woolworths for no more then $15. Please do not spend your money here, walk down the road and you can get much better quality flowers at Woolworths.

Ordered flowers at the shop to be delivered the following day in the afternoon. They didn't arrive so I rang them. According to the shop assistant they delivered in the morning and no one was home.We were home. Then they said they had tried to deliver them during the afternoon. Again we were home. I went down and collected them from the shop.

Not overally impressed with the service. Arranged online, rang to postpone the date, very vague person on the other end. The date the flowers were to be delivered, is not delivered by the required time as requested. Called to advise when they will be delivered? Got the delivery driver hasn't turned up??? I doubt the flowers were even ready... Ordered White Elegance Premium for $105 - (Two weeks in advance mind you) Sorry, cannot give you a better review.

Absolutely appalled by the arrangement of flowers my Mother received from this florist. The flowers did not show up on the date they were supposed to even after I had called the store to confirm they were still out for delivery. I was assured by the staff member that they were in fact loaded on their truck and on their way. (They never showed up) I then had to email as they were closed. Being Mother’s Day weekend and living in a different state this was very upsetting. The owner ensured me I would get a full refund however never followed through as they delivered the next day. We ordered flowers for my daughters wedding at the last minute. We wanted native flowers but due to the fires these were in short supply and I left the two bouquets up to the discretion of the florist, and what was available at the market on Monday morning When they arrived they surpassed our best expectations, they were, I think the most… beautiful flower arrangement I think I have ever seen. Absolutely superb and I only wish we could have them home to WA. Thank you so much to Flowers on Oxford for helping to make my daughters wedding so perfect.
