I used to be a landlord and now I am a tenant. The most frustrating thing about being a landlord of multiple properties was having to chase up my properties' regular routine inspections. This is where Smart Rentals have gotten it right. I'm not sure exactly how their systems work but I am assuming the electronic automation of their systems take care of this and I receive a routine inspection notice religiously every 12 weeks - although this would be a frustrating factor for most tenants, it's certainly a landlords dream. Booked to view a rental property and the house was open between 3:15 to 3:35pm. I was 2 mins away around the corner and the girl rings me from the house at 3:20pm and says are you coming to see the property and I say yes I’m nearly there and she says well your late, don’t bother. Obvisouly annoyed she then says my manager will ring you. Hannah form the real estate office then informs me ‘ you have to be at the property at 3:15 pm sharp or don’t come! And they have applications so they won’t wait till 3:35pm. This is UNPROFESSIONAL” !! RUDE!! At the moment there may be a shortage of
