We are using coral sea property management to manage our property in Townsville. We have been very happy with the service we have received from Reagan, Lauren and Bianca. They are always contactable and have assisted us with finding good tenants. As we no longer live in location it is comforting having Lauren and Bianca able to assist us with any work that is need to de done on the house.

I needed my first property rented due to relocating for work, Reagan and Emma from coral sea went above and beyond. I looked around at a few different options for property managers but these guys were the most genuine and were the best bang for buck. My property was on the market for less then a week and had already secured an A grade tenant.

Needed my property rented relatively quickly, contacted Coral Sea and they spoke to me within an hour of lodging a property management request. We have been very fortunate to have chosen a house that is managed by Coral Sea Property Management to rent, Bianca has made our move to Townsville a lot easier, from the very first inquiry right through to the approval stage Bianca or one of the other girls has been in contact with us keeping us informed of the progress of our application. The option to apply for the property sight unseen is a definite bonus as not every one can travel during the week to inspect a house.
