Worst customer service ever. Not sure how they have 4 stars. Old guy behind counter was on the phone with a customer and didn't sould like he wanted to help him. When I spoke to him and ask for advise he said well I need to do my research before asking him. All I can say, if you don't like your job you shouldn't be there.

Spoke to Richard who had my car in for a tyre change the whole day. I expected a call and when I called to ask if it was ready to be picked up, he told me that usually they don't call. Worse, when I arrived to my car, it was left in the parking lot unlocked. [Edit] After noticing my car was dragging to left whilst driving home, I noticed I was charged for a wheel alignment and obviously couldn't of had my wheels aligned if it was doing so.

First time customer at this Tyrepower location and was overall highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service, it was so poor and absolutely minimal we actually walked away, left the store and went across the road to Bob Jane T-marts Joondalup where servicewas fantastic. When your sending close to $2K on 5 new 4x4 tyres some form of customer service should be given, the man who poorly assisted us didnt ask at what tyres we wanted or what theyd be used for , he offered a very cheap poor highway tyre (we have a big 4x4 and wanted A/T so obviously highway tyres werent going to cut

Went in as a new customer of Tyrepower and was overall disappointed and dissatisfied with the over all service. The staff member began by trying to up sell a bunch of things including wheel alignment and brake replacement (which were both working optimally) but finally saw I wasn't going to fork out money I don't have for something I don't need. When I left the wheel alignment was comprised, very convenient. Well played but you've just lost my business and the business of the people I know in the area.
