I had the pleasure of dealing with Gina when our building permit was forced to extend due to Covid-19 delays and delays by the builder that were both out of our control. She not only took the time to hear the concern but also offered to appeal the fee for the extension on the grounds of the circumstances and we are grateful that it was approved.
