I contacted Erik and requested him to visit my property for tax depreciation report which he agreed on and given me $550 price. 2 days later I received my report without even property inspection. When I asked the reason, Erik replied I could do without property inspection. Erik charged me a high fees for report without property inspection whereas all other competitors were giving me a better price for inspection report without inspecting. When I didn't find them adjusting their invoice. I paid off my invoice and Erik said he will make it $450
