I came across Chauffeur link when I was searching for transport options back to Melbourne from wodonga after work. I called their contact number and spoke to Sunny. He quoted me a price that was cheaper then what a metered taxi quoted me. So of cos I chose Sunny's services cos who wouldn't want to travel in luxury for a better rate for hours?? The team at CLM are fantastic.
Getting a quote and making a booking was very easy, and the team was prompt in replying to any of my queries.
The driver was early and helped me with my luggage. He was polite and took great care in making sure that I had a comfortable ride to the airport and that I arrived on time.
Once at the airport, he made sure I was in the right area to reach the departure gate quickly and easily, and once again helped me with my bags.

Great Service. Sunny was prompt in his communication and professional in his dealings with me for a booking i made for my wife and daughter. The driver was punctual and assisted my wife with her luggage and several heavier baby items when arriving at the airport. they also arranged a baby seat for my daughter in the vehicle, as asked. Wonderful service, would recommend to anyone. I had ordered a service for my parents who had flown in internationally amidst the virus.They explained the sanitation process and had no hesitation in picking them up. They were able to provide me with a quote to pay in advance. The vehicle itself was extremely clean and comfortable and my Dad nearly fell asleep on the hour ride home. My interactions with Sunny were very professional and I appreciated a quick response. This took of any stress knowing that they could get home safely.

Best experience for a pick up and drop off to and from Brisbane airport. The 2 x cars on this trip was just beautiful. I loved it. The Driver was so nice. Sunny the man who assists with the bookings was so efficient. He responded to my emails promptly and booked my services. They also supplied me a driver for some appointments in the CBD I had to attend and this driver was also very lovely and helpful. They helped with my bags, doors opened. The cars were in immaculate condition. I will continue to use this company for my chauffeur needs. Loved it.

My Mother & I have used this service twice in 1 year. Very prompt, polite & professional customer service. Always on time & helped us w our luggage in/out of the exceptionally clean luxurious car/s. When arriving back to Tullamarine Airport, the Chauffeur was already waiting for us @ the luggage carousel w our name on a sign. He happily walked us back to the short term cp, carrying our luggage for us & had fresh bottles of water for us each. Each time we were allowed to choose which radio station we preferred to listen to & a friendly chat along the way. I/we would definitely highly recommend.

This company is brilliant! We was looking around for a while at different private transfers. Sunny was always quick to respond when booking and answering any questions.
We was flying from London to Melbourne and wanted an easy transfer to the accommodation. Our flight was delayed. The team monitored our flight to ensure they were there for us no matter what. We was greeted by Jamil, who was very friendly and helpful.
The cars are immaculately presented and Jamil left us to to relax whilst he sorted our bags. He was really efficient in getting us to our accommodation.
