LifeFit Physiotherapy was established in 2008 with the philosophy of providing patients with accurate diagnosis, evidence based treatment and an empathetic approach to patient care. LifeFit Physiotherapy specialises in the treatment of all sporting injuries including the prevention of further injury. We are able to treat athletes of all levels of ability given our strong commitment to detailed assessment of biomechanics and mechanism of injury. We can also help enhance performance in elite athletes and are able to prescribe exercise programs suitable to every patients' needs.
A referral to see a physiotherapist for a private consultation is not required. Our physiotherapists are often the first point of call to address multiple ailments. We are more than happy to refer you to your General Practitioner or recommend a specialist if you require additional input to your injuries.

I couldn’t be happier with the service levels I have experienced at LifeFit. Professional, knowledgeable and always there to help. Lifefit is a wonderful group of professionals Physiotherapists. Their kindness and patience are great. Their rapport and care with people in nursing homes are so nice. They do their best to communicate with you regardless of your language and background. Isabelle is always trying to accommodate your appointment. Highly professional service, with care and attention to detail. My rehabilitation after a torn Achilles has been carefully managed with great results. I'm nearly there, with the help of hands-on therapy, prescribed exercises and hydrotherapy. I'm so pleased I was referred to Rohan, and the administrative staff are excellent too.

I had good experiences here- on two visits I saw two different Physio’s, and both of them were equally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were able to detect the problem in my left knee, explain very well what it was caused from, how to prevent in the future and also showed me how to do some recovery exercises which have been quite helpful.
I highly recommend LifeFit Physio and will be coming here again if I am injured or have pain from the gym again!
