Our booking was for 3 men. We found our room to be spotlessly clean and at a great price. What our biggest surprise turned out to be was the restaurant - it would have to come close to the best hotel restaurant I have eaten at and the other boys agreed. The Motel was quite comfortable and in a good location, close to the centre of town and within walking distance of everything you could want.
The price was reasonable. Our room was behind the office/kitchen area, so we didn't have a very nice view and we had a bit of noise from the kitchen (pans clanging, etc). This is good value for money the rooms are a great size with a mini bar, toaster, kettle, microwave, all the things to make your own breakfast or dinner if you want to.

Rooms are nice and clean . Location is great for walking downtown. Downside is parking is tight when place is full . Walls are very thin . Can hear the people upstairs walking , talking running water . Flushing toilets. At night you can hear people outside talking at all times of the night . Even people from the adjacent property that's over 60 feet from ur room. So if your a light sleeper you may want to consider a different motel.

My family & I have been coming to Lake George for over 30 years. We have been staying at the Park Lane for almost 20 years for the adirondack nationals in Sept. This year was a terrible experience, I recieved an email from Park Lane to confirm my reservation & in the e-mail it had a balance that was owed once I checked in. Once I checked in the women at the office was rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered to help us. She stated that I owed a significant amount more than email stated. I showed her email and said " there is no way that you are only paying that amount for a lake room " I told

Front desk person name Ann she was very rude and unprofessional, called to cancel reservation because of weather, because of Hurricane Henri, we suppose to paid when we stay, after I called the Motel yesterday, she charge to my card half of the price for each room, when I called her again, she still claim that is the policy. She think she do something good, you can steal $500 out of my account, but the Motel is loosing more then that, because we're going to make a new reservation for September with more people. Never going yo happen, we book though booking.com never mentioned have to cancel 14 days

Totally love Park Lane and everything about it! Really THE BEST spot in the area. We were here last month and our daughter couldn't stop talking about it.
So we came back for another great family trip. And we are so happy we did. Everything was great! No wonder they are sold out most of the time. Friendly and accommodating stuff. Front desk personnel are all very nice.
Eric is just the sweetest. Such a hard worker. Please don't forget to tip the workers if you can.
Thank you so much for everything. We will be back! 💌

Clean hotel, friendly staff. nightly movies by the pool were great. smores on the beach during fireworks night was a plus along with popcorn every night. close to town. grills and utensils made cooking easy. pool did not seem to be heated. the rooms could use curtains even with the blinds closed still was pretty bright in the room with all the lights that need to be left on at night. beach is small but useable. free kayaks were great. eric was very friendly as well. the cement wall at the beach has some exposed rebar that could use some attention. would definitely stay again

Our family of four stayed there over the Memorial Day weekend. The rooms were priced competitively. The location cannot be beat as most everything is at a walking distance. The lake view rooms have a great view. Our room was clean, had all convenient appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Juanita gave us tips about the local attractions. She was also kind enough to get us some extra supplies - even when it was late and pouring rain. Check in and checkout was a breeze. The hotel has a deck with umbrellas and propane
