Initially good, went to get a large amount of work done but required a quote to proceed. Did the scans required, then heard nothing. I rang numerous times over 3 months to get the quote to proceed, even said if they didnāt want to do it, just be honest. But each time I got the same thing, āthe doctor will look at the scans and get in touchā. Btw, Iāve already now gone to another dentist and started getting the work done, whilst I still have not been contacted. Extremely terrible experience, but faith has been restored elsewhere. They clearly have been good for others, but my experience

Thank you, Dr Monica & your professional attitude to everyone & the girls are lovely ! But I have too bring attention to the owner of the property! It is sad that she doesn't value the patients that visit the clinic it is run down & needs attention needs an upgrade this doesn't take away Dr Monicaās been a professional person & continues to be wonderful. So please to the owner of the clinic we need you to buy some paint, & clean the property if you want to keep us coming if Monica leaves we will all go because I go there for her & staff ps consider that patients need to enter an attractive clinic
