Craig and the team have been nothing short of exceptional to deal with. I was an interstate customer from Victoria who enquired online. I had messages back straight away and follow up calls. They sent a video of the vehicle I was interested in and organised on the spot finance which was the most competitive I could find. The Mustang I bought from Range Ford had an engine misfire from day 1 which I was told would be rectified. It took two months in their workshop over four visits and over two thousand dollars. Glad a bought the Integrity extended warranty! They have been excellent. Range Ford gave me a loan car every time and the service staff are professional. The Gardex paint protection $2100 is not worth it in my opinion but that's buyer beware. It was a long and frustrating experience but Range Ford did what they could until it was eventually fixed and I got new plugs, coils and intake manifold for free.

My experience with this company was exceptional! Craig the salesman was lovely and very efficient, he made sure I knew everything about what I was buying and took car of my older car giving me an amazing trade in. Claire was amazing in finance, as it was my first loan she made sure I knew what everything meant and what I was getting myself into. All in all an amazing experience where I was guided through the whole journey. Easy and stress free. Thank you Range Ford, Craig and Claire especially!
