Was very clear they had very little knowledge of cars and after giving my details 3 times still had them wrong. it was obvious they had no clue about the part I was talking about so said they'd message after they've had a look. Got a message about 1 minute after I got off the phone so doubt they even looked.

Don't be fooled by website or offers of cash. No response to my quote submission. So I rang - They came to pick up and were expecting to just take it. No offers of cash. Had to ask them 3 times before they were about to load it. I stated I wanted $400. They then offered $100 with words to the effect they don't salvage parts (rubbish), I countered $200 just to be done with it and off the property - for a high end undamaged European car. They just drove off without a word??? unreasonable counter?? Unbelievable.
