The Inside Project
The Inside Project was born in 2010 after noticing how difficult it was to find an end to end design & build solution for kitchens & bathrooms. Our existing construction business (established in 1998) provided the renovation know how and our team of experienced designers brought the flare to create the vision.

Since then we have built an impressive catalogue of projects, worked with some amazing clients and been fortunate to win various awards for both design & construction. We are a family; a team who is passionate about delivering exciting designs and great projects. Renovating is exciting but often daunting - with so many decisions and elements to control it can be a tricky process to navigate.

Our designers work with your creative aspirations and bring together the best finishes & design options to create a stylish and practical kitchen perfect for your home.
Considering the timeless style, it's difficult to go wrong with a classic kitchen. The true essence of classic kitchen design is elegance through simplicity: neutral colours, unfettered surfaces and a list of opportunities for making the space your own. While white is about as simple as it gets when it comes to shading, it also creates a clean look that radiates simple elegance.
Contemporary kitchens are a response to the rapidly changing needs of people, their lifestyles and the broader environment, expressing the spirit of the current time. The term does not point to a specific style, but rather a design sensibility that's firmly rooted in the present, with a finger on the pulse across a range of elements.

It's been a year since we started on the journey to have our bathrooms renovated. The biggest mistake I made was choosing The Inside Project. So many things went wrong and the whole process was so very stressful, to just try and get what we asked for in the first place. What was meant to take 6 weeks, took over 6 months with so many things having to be redone more than once (We had to go without our bathrooms over the Christmas period, while having guests stay). I cannot think on one thing that went smoothly!! At the initial consultation, the designer was so pleased I wanted to do things a little

Inside Project is a very professional renovation team. We are delighted with the design, by Lucinda Eastwood, who interpreted our needs completely.
We are so pleased with the way the whole project was managed from day one..
The demolition team was amazing. Three hours and it was done with all mess taken away. They even vaccumed the apartment complex lift and were very careful of the rest of the apartment and surroundings.
The project manager, Dale Stretton, was a very good communicator and supervised a very competent team of trades people. Dale managed any issues which arose in a thoroughly

We had our bathroom in Brunswick renovated by the Inside Project and from the get-go there were issues with the tiling. Sections of the wall tiling had to be redone because they were so uneven and the first time we used the bathroom it flooded due to significant amounts of grout obstructing the waste.  We've had ongoing issues with bleeding grout on the walls and gritty grout that continues to wash away. Since 2015 we have been trying to get the tiling fixed. We were first in contact with  Ajay who promised to send someone around a couple of times but never did—at the time my partner was

We had a new kitchen installed 18 months ago. At the time I expected huge disruptions and lots of mess. The project team proved me wrong. They demolished the old kitchen quickly and removed the rubbish immediately. There were a few hiccups along the way but they were managed with little fuss and we were always kept in the loop. The end result was a beautiful kitchen which I still love. We are now considering them for a laundry renovation. I highly recommend The Inside Project.

We had an amazingly positive experience working with The Inside Project at our home in Newport. We engaged the team to renovate our main bathroom, our ensuite & update our kitchen splash-back after reading lots of great reviews on local social media groups.
The initial interior design consultation with Ashlee was great - we had a clear vision of what we wanted to achieve & Ashlee was able to take that vision and bring it to life, providing a range of expert suggestions along the way.
The designs we received prior to starting were highly detailed, technical and professional and filled us with

They did our Bunnings Kitchen
EVERY Trades person had to come back and fix something except
the tiler as I refused to have him in my home again.
All the trades people were in a rush to finish and leave as they only get paid per job not per hour (One of the tradies told me)
The site manager only came out to get a signiture so they could get paid for each stage.
I said to him at one of the visits, that there was a large hole in the roof where the plumber had fitted the exhaust flue and he responded that I should ring the girl in the office about these things.
On final inspection, I told the

I love my new bathroom. My builder let me down at the last minute and The Inside Project were able to step in and even squeeze me in before Christmas. They organised all the tradesmen and there were no breaks in work. Any problems that cropped up were resolved.
