A highly unprofessional organisation. My car got towed into their garage. Although the Council told me that they open on Saturdays 8am - 12pm, I called them and they told me that they’ll have to send one of their guys to open the office for me. After they told me to come outside their office in 30 minutes time, they made me wait outside for over 1 hour. After I called them over 5 times, the customer service person was very rude and started threatening me over the phone that he can make it really bad for me and can send that driver back. This company comes highly recommended.
They were entrusted with the care and transport of our old 1966 Jaguar which had not been driven for 30 years. This car did not run and had no brakes. It had to be moved sideways firstly and then down a narrow 45 degree sloped driveway (with no brakes) onto a ridiculously narrow dead-end street.
It took seven men three hours.
And not a swear word was uttered. (Ok that's a lie).
And they delivered it after dark the day before Christmas.
Other companies ran away scared!
Who gives service like that nowadays?

Had a crash about a month ago. The police called Ready towing to take my boyfriend’s car to the wreckers. They offered us a few options, so we chose the closest one, however, the tow truck driver dumped the car on the side of the road 2 blocks down from the actual wreckers. Called them back the next day to sort the problem and we were promised that they would send someone out straight away... 1 month later and the car is still sitting on the side of the road. Not worth the $300 and something we paid for it to get towed 15mins away, and they didn’t even drop it off at the right spot.

When I went to Ready, I felt surprised by the lack of knowledge they had about Nissans. I won't be need their towing for my Car business now anyway. The air conditioner in the office was broken too, it was stuffy and cramped in their foyer as I was enquiring. I found their service quite blunt. They did not communicate well with their colleagues, as although they already had my order, none of them had passed on correct information to each other. It wasn't worth my effort.

These people are bottom feeders, who profit from peoples misfortune and don't give a crap about the people they rip off. They turned up and towed my car while I was still in shock from the accident. They said it was $300 to get my car out. No mention of additional charges yet are charging an additional $66 a day! I was informed I could access my belongings (which aren't mine, they were being stored in my car) and even wrote down where to collect them but now refuse to let me have access. I have a mental illness and was not in a fit state to sign paperwork. I was also a week and a half out of surgery
