I am wondering how come she deserves four star rating. Not sure how many reviewers are her real clients. On the settlement day, Laura hadn't completed statement of adjustment and sent it to owner's solicitor to review. More than 3 weeks after settlement, Laura started to send notice of settlement to Yarra Valley water . Unprofessional and unreliable! What I can suggest is that when you look at google review, you need to see more comment in details instead of simple and plain platitude.

Lauren’s professional conduct was appalling, to say the least! In the week leading up to settlement, my husband and I tried to contact her at least ten times between us, by leaving voice mail messages, emails and texts. She failed to return any of our calls (which were made during business hours). We expressed in the messages left an urgency to speak with her as we had noticed a discrepancy she had recorded in our account details relating to the account which was to be used for the shortfall on settlement.
