SOS Technology Group was founded in 1996 to offer outstanding IT service to businesses. In 2005 SOSTG became a Microsoft Partner and was one of the first Newcastle based IT providers to offer fixed cost, proactive IT support and has quickly evolved to offer a complete range of IT services. To really help businesses with their technology you really have to understand their people, their business and what they are trying to achieve.
Your business relies on technology that works and when a problem occurs you need it resolved as quickly as possible. All the while mentally counting the cost of lost productivity, lost sales and an inability to respond to client enquiries. As organisations grow, they accumulate many different software applications and work processes driven by the needs of particular departments or specific functions. The software doesn't integrate and match up, leading to double-handling of information and manual data entry - often expensive and error-ridden.

I had a great experience with SOS IT support computer company. Glen Sturt and his professional technical staff provide reliable and first-class services. I found them online and contacted for office server network support. Glen and his staff came on the same day and look around the problem. His technical staff found the issue and rectified with complete backups.
