Hopeless. Prepaid a week prior and booked bin delivery for 9am & told them a family member would take delivery as I was at work. I called at 1130 as bin hadn’t arrived & was told it would be delivered in half hour. At 1215 the driver called me at work saying he couldn’t find the driveway! We live on a corner block with house number & street name on letterbox. As a busy professional, I would not deal with this incompetent company again.
