Poor communication, caused so much hassle for us when all they had to do was to advise delivery and pick up time despite several requests for them to let us know ahead as we had interrelated works and schedules that will get affected. We asked they advise the time so we can move the other jobs if needed. Guy we were talking to was rude and arrogant and did not cooperate he wants to deliver and pick up only to the time that suits him without prior advise. They are quick to respond to get your business but once skip gets dropped to you, everything changes.

My experience with Cheapa Skips has been absolutely fantastic.
I urgently required a large skip on a Friday. I made the call 9am Friday morning and the skip was delivered in no time with the guys accommodating the delivery around my schedule.
As we had filled the skip the same day, Joel went above and beyond and organised to pick up and drop off a fresh skip bright and early Saturday morning!
Joel was super friendly, easy to talk to, a clear communicator and provided prompt service, inclusive of phone calls and messages.

Called to inquire about a bin as it was my first time for such a service, rang around and found these guys were the best price so I ordered a 5m bin. Was informed one of thier trucks needed quick repairs which I saw in delivery and was happy to be informed about a short delay and still happy to continue with order. Got the best price on the size and filled it within 1 day. I called back to ask for it to be emptied and returned and they did that ASAP for me. As I was clearing out mums house I was also busy and lost track of time, Joel came to pick up bin and I thought I had a bit more time so he
