This experience allows Daniel to apply his understanding of lender's approval process to ensure that an application is structured correctly and has the most opportunity for approval.
The reason why is that far too often the real concept of personal service has been lost in the quest for automation, higher profits and lower costs. We were first home buyers, and the team at BHL simplified the daunting process immensely. They were able to negotiate the waving of several fees from the financers (in our case) and articulated in plain language which option, of the several presented, was the best choice for our situation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely beyond overjoyed with BHL and in particular Daniel and Samira who took care of securing my first home loan. Brisbane Home Loans (in particular Daniel Trotter who took care of our loan) were fantastic to work with. We felt they had our best interest at heart the entire time and were looking out for us and our future financially. While we were first time home buyers they reassured us every step of the way, confident in their advice and decisions.
