These guys were recommended to us by the apartment management team.
Not only were they an hour late to arrive, they were not fast either. I've used 3 removal companies since being in Sydney and these were the slowest I've ever had.
One of our dinning chairs got broken - due to it not being secured in the van. While Tom offered to repair it and return it 2 days later, we are still waiting for this chair and have received no responses to calls or text messages. I'm just thankful that this was the only thing that got broken.
I will never use this company again and will give feedback to the apartment
