Critical: Responsiveness, Value
The truck was booked in between 6:30-730am, and at 7:45 I received a call advising me they were sick. At 10 o’clock they finally arrived after we had moved most of the stuff and it still took them 5 hours to move minimal items from a small apartment. I wouldn’t recommend them

I had a quote for packing, 3 workers and a safe, timely moving. What I received was a couple of guys in a very unkept truck without the necessary gear to deal with the job, not even wearing uniforms, subcontractors. They took over 12 hours, did not pack, my items were not properly wrapped. They treated me and my belongings poorly. Then, forced me to pay before completing the job and once the money was deposited, they left me with a bed missing screws, so I can use it and my couch was abandoned in the loading area of the building I moved in to. So, far I'm still waiting for the company's response

I highly recommend Men in Black.
I was recently looking for Sydney Removalists to move my home-office and storage from my three- bedroom apartment at Linfield to a two-story house at Campbelltown. I had well over 100 boxes (40 of them just of books) as well as a piano, tools, and all my other stuff. And all of it had to go through a small 2x3 metre elevator at the apartment. I knew it wasn’t going to be a simple move.
From first phone call until the last box was delivered the people at Men in Black proved to be professional, courteous, and skilled in handling my removal. Keidi assisted me thorugh

Last weekend I moved homes from an apartment to a house. John and Peter were amazing, they put the PRO in professional! I have moved homes over 10 times and they standout as the most professional movers I’ve come across. Not only were they on time but they were also really friendly, expert packers and made a stressful tiring job look effortless. I’ll 100% sure use them in the future - well done.

We had the best experience with Men in Black. Scott's team were absolute champions and were so easy to work with and didn't complain even though they had to lug our stuff up many many flights of stairs!

Had MIB Removals recommended to me by a friend, had one of the worst removalist experiences of my life.
Originally given a window from 10AM-1PM to show up, and was called within the last hour of the window to say the team were unable to complete the job until 8PM. They sent out a replacement team by 3PM, by which point the allocated parking had… become a clearaway zone, resulting in a lot of driving around to find a spot. I requested a team of 3, and 2 blokes showed up. They were efficient and nice, but lacking a man meant they couldn't get my fridge or washing machine into my complex because

Reasonable rates, fast and worth every cent. They made the moving experience so much easier than the chore it usually is. Everything was seamless, the team were professional and friendly taking care with the furniture etc as if it was there own. They went above and beyond with the placement of furniture, connecting TV, washing machine and putting a bed together all within minutes.

This is the worst removals company i've every experiences. Please please do yourself a favour and DO NOT hire them.
Here's all the issues that went wrong.
1. They were not strong or professional, they did not know how to move anything and you could tell one of the guys had never done it before.
2. They scratched the tiles of my kitchen with the fridge, because they did not know how to lift it. Then they blamed me and the fridge.
3. They were extremely rude and if something was heavy or difficult to lift would tell me off
4. They scratched the wall in my building and i did not get my strata

Zac was so awesome in helping me with a move on 12hrs notice. He even had truck there well before as per my request. Sia & Cyril are the most diligent & professional movers. They took the utmost care with my belongings but were swift at the same time. Sia went above & beyond my expectations in many ways. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
