Has been over a month and I am still yet to be paid. They have basically stolen my car. I have had numerous people contact me from their “company” and when I call back there is no answer and I just receive a message saying the message inbox is full. Do not deal with these people as they will take your car without paying

Called them 4th March 2021 agreed a price and pickup of my car for scrap. I got him to put his details on the "Disposal Form' "BB's Towing and Scrap" (another commenter refers to their reputation). Told me to give my bank account details and I would be paid taking about 3 to 4 days. I have not been paid and I have contacted them twice asking for payment with no result.

Don't go with this company!!! Sure they collect cars fast, but they don't PAY! The bloke who collected my car said the money would be in the same afternoon and it's been over 2 months. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T PAY AND IGNORES YOU! I tried contacting them *36* times in a WEEK by calling and they answered only twice and said "they'd sort it out" and it never happened. I got exhausted and thought I'd give up, I emailed them, I've left messages and it just got to the point they stopped answering any of the calls. I got my friend to call up on the 23/12/2020 and they answered her straight away, told her

Be warned. Car removal is easy and efficient, but they seem to have a problem paying the money agreed. Despite chasing several times I'm still owed money since September 2020. Seem to be the same mob as BB's Towing. Suspect they set up this new site due to the number of bad reviews for not paying they were getting.
