Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant over the phone, offered me a higher price when made the booking then when they came to pick the car up they offered me next to nothing. when I declined they got aggressive and tried to use stand over tactics to scare me into letting them take it. this company is full of crooks and thieves and they aren't even local to Canberra. stick to the local companies... ones that wont threaten and intimidate you into letting them take your car.
