This is a trying time for everyone. As restrictions are being lifted look at supporting your local dive operators then, as international travel becomes available, start to branch out internationally. We offer the organisations & initiatives a way for their stay's, liveaboards or programs a way to be found.
Look to dive at your local areas & support your local dive shops & operators. Unfortunately, the opening of borders for international travel looks to be a long way off. The marine organisations & initiatives that we support are still operating so please check them out & dream to travel soon. Pelagic Dive Travel (PDT) was created by Terry Smith.
Pelagic Fish are types that don't swim too close to land and are on the larger side of fish species. It can also refer to large schools of fish. This is what SCUBA Diving is about. Pelagic Dive Travel supports, promotes & help create exposure for marine conservation organisations & initiatives. You can search for trips or stays which directly has hands-on help marine environments.
The only place in the world to have two UNESCO World Heritage sites listed in the same place - The Great Barrier Reef & The Daintree Rainforest. For us divers, the colors, the marine life and the experience should not be missed. Papua New Guinea or PNG is an island country. Its main Islands are covered in mountainous ranges and dense bush making areas very hard to access.
Liveaboard - a vessel which travels out to a dive destination or dive site, to stay overnight or longer. A dive vacation like no other, stay onboard a dive boat overnight. This allows the scuba diver to get to remote areas, visit more dive sites, which can offer amazing scuba diving, like the Galapagos Aggressor Liveaboard.

I received a tin of Sunbutter sunscreen from Pelagic Dive Travel and thought I would put in a review not only for the sunscreen, but also their customer service.
Firstly, my communication with Pelagic Dive Travel has been a breeze! They always respond to any queries and they are very friendly. When I heard that they offer a free Sunbutter sunscreen with every booking, I thought it was a brilliant initiative!
