EDITED REVIEW: The towing service was really great, my car was collected on short notice on Christmas Eve at a time that was convenient to me, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, it took nearly two weeks of chasing them up and three incorrect invoices to receive an accurate proof of transaction as one could not be provided when my car was towed and it was urgently needed for insurance purposes. The fourth invoice I’ve received is now correct, however I’m disappointed that the only time they have followed me up to correct this issue is after I left a negative review. The direct email

Hi every one out there .just to let every one know be very carful dealing with this guy rick. He got a car for free from a tow.he advertised it on market place as a very beautiful care with no issuse and ready 4 rego my wife bought it for $1700 now it's going to cost 13 thousand dollars to fix .he block my wife he bad words to her. I called at 6:30pm to get a tow truck, first off the gentleman who answered had THE BEST customer services I come across in this field. Secondly he was humorous and kept me positive which is what I needed in this situation. Thirdly he organised to have a tow truck in 30 minutes which was EXACTLY the time the tow truck driver rung me. The tow truck driver was by far the absolute best I have ever dealt with. He was laid back, professional, an expert in his field and had my car returned home within 3 minutes of it being loaded on the truck. THE BEST price you will EVER get after hours and could not

Had to get my car towed and the young guy who came out from Team Towing was a total pro. Very reasonable rates and expert service. I had a positive experience and would use them again if I had to.

I called to get a tow for his local towing google advertised price of $77- I was exactly 12 kilometers from their office and he had 2 days to do the tow (not urgent). The car had to travel exactly 800 meters from where it was.
He told me as I wasn't local to him (how close do you have to be to be local?) that it would be an extra $50-.
When I asked him how close is local to you for the $77- he was rude, called me love in a patronizing way and couldn't get off the phone fast enough.
False advertising at its best... dont bother with this company.
