If you want your car back, don’t ever get it towed from this company! We were told there would be no charge because the accident wasn’t our fault. When we tried to get it back, they refused unless we gave them $27000+ in storage fees. We now have to contact the police to get our car back from their yard. An absolute joke of a company.

Steve, and one of his drivers Andrew, at Allcoast Towing and Smash Repair came through like absolute champions this morning helping me get my 80 series back to safety after some rotten mug siphoned all of the diesel out of my truck the night before.
The rate was competitive, the service nothing but 5 star, and his timing on when his driver would be onsite was to the minute.
If I am ever in the same situation again, I dont care where I am, I will be calling Steve first and asking him to help me out again.
5 stars, dont bother with any other mob from the border to Brisbane.

We didn't meet under the best circumstances. My family and I were involved in a car accident that saw our car written off. Steve was fantastic, he could see we were all shaken up and went and got everyone to fill out accident detail cards for us. When the car was towed away, we realised not all of our possessions were taken out and we scheduled to come the next day and get our things. Great service in a stressful situation. Highly recommended.

What a horrible company, absolutely disgusted in Steve the owners behaviour and attitude.
Sent an arrogant rude driver who picked up the car and when it arrived at the mechanics the rear spoiler was missing and damaged received to the back of the car.
When Steve was question and asked to fix the car it appears his default mentality is to threaten his clients like a big tuff guy and hang up the phone never to answer again.
Will not use will, will not recommend and have reported to the police.
