Taking the headache out of your building certification and application process, we liaise with the relevant authorities to ensure your building permit passes quickly and efficiently.

That's now where I can step in and help you, to get all required documentation for your Building Permit Application to your Local Council.
A Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) is required in order to obtain a building permit from the permit authority (your local council) to construct a new building or new incidental structure. A Certificate of Construction Compliance (CCC) is required in order to obtain an Occupancy Permit from the permit authority (your local council) to occupy a newly completed or a partly completed class 2 - class 9 building.

I have dealt with Antje both personally and professionally, she certainly knows what she is doing, she got my approval thru quickly and in the time that she said she would. I have used her also to do retrospectives for sellers and she did this without any delays or pain. I would highly recommend her and would use her again when needed.

My builder recommended Antje and her team. They helped with design and drafting of my renovation. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful with all aspects of the job from what it will cost to getting the renovation certified and approved and stress free for me!!! We have worked with Antje on the preparation of our building permit. It's such a confusing area for your average homeowner, but Antje made it all feel so simple and explained everything really well. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and also assisted us with the right contacts to get the job sorted. We were incredibly happy with her service and would highly-recommend her to others.

Antje did my not so standard rammed earth Granny Flat CDC. Dealing with Baumhaus Building Services, Antje felt like she looks after your interest. I did not feel alone in the journey. I would not hesitate to use her again for my future project and would probably engage her first to source the other professional services.
