It’s unfortunate that the staff member on duty couldn’t be bothered taking out a beautiful $8000 garnet ring from the cabinet for me to try on. $8000 was not what I was considering to spend but I have walked into jewellery stores and purchased pieces of that and of greater value because the sales assistant has taken the time to let me try on the pieces.
I was so excited about shopping at your store today as it has been over 15 years since my last visit and I still treasure and wear the pieces I have bought from the store in the past.
So disappointing.
