WillCom was established in 2014 and specialises in the management of commercial properties within the greater South East Queensland area. WillCom focuses on implementing a proactive onsite management strategy to effectively service a wide range of Retail, Industrial and Office buildings. The business has a variety of experience with Landlords and our clients range from small Private Investors to large Fund Managers.
WillCom's Commercial Property Management team operates across the Queensland Market and specialises in the management of all sized Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Office Buildings. The team prides itself on providing a personalised service for building owners and implements a strategy of 'Proactive Onsite Management' to ensure costs are reduced and each building is operating efficiently.
The number of properties under current management is now over 90 with a total asset value in excess of 750M. The portfolio consists of a range of Shopping Centres, Office and Retail Buildings, Industrial Sheds, Hardstand and Strata Units. We have expertise in all areas of Property Management and Facilities Management in the Retail, Industrial and Office market with over 200,000sqm of GLA and 500+ Tenants under management.
WillCom are proud supporters of GPS rugby for 8 years. GPS rugby has over 900 junior members and close to 10 senior teams who we are happy to support. GPS is a family-oriented club that ranges from juniors starting their rugby careers to senior grade rugby teams to be one of the biggest rugby clubs across Australia.
