Services
Repair requests are required to be submitted in writing for actioning and this can be done on paper forms that are provided at the beginning of the tenancy or that can be collected from the office. Maintenance requests can also be submitted via email to your property manager or through the 'Tenants' subheading on our website.
If information or advice regarding your tenancy is required, please contact our office. Our preferred method of contact is through email; however we can also be contacted via telephone and post. Where possible, any requests should be submitted in writing. Please be aware that your property manager often spends a large portion of their working day out of the office, and therefore they endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hours.

Michael is an excellent agent. Incredibly friendly and helpful, he and his team makes you feel at ease with the entire process. He's very knowledgeable of the area and he even kicked us back some extra rebate when we encountered an unexpected financial problem at the last minute. You can't go wrong with REA!

Up until this past week, I was a first time home buyer and now have a condo that is perfect for me. Though I am a VERY picky shopper, Michael exceeded my demanding expectations in every way. Some ways he's great:
- Is very knowledgeable: knows so much about neighborhoods, things to look out for regarding the build and layout of the home, etc.
- Is very mindful of personal preferences and applied his expansive knowledge and expertise accordingly
- Has the utmost integrity in his work and was willing to talk me out of enticing situations if there were any risks or hidden downsides. He is not an
