James has been involved in the fitness industry for the past few years. He was a very active teenager a competition level swimmer who played basket ball in summer and was the soccer teams captain in winter. But after finishing high school and starting full time work everything changed. He stopped exercising, starting eating poorly and was leading an unhealthy lifestyle.

Newport personal training is the fastest way for you to achieve your goals, it doesn't matter what they may be we cater for everything such as fat loss, muscular increase (toning), rehabilitation from injury, sports specific training or just general fitness. If you are not ready to invest in 1 on 1 personal training just yet we also provide other options.
Nutrition is going to either make or break your fitness goals. If you're trying to lose body fat or add muscle it doesn't matter how good your training is, without good nutrition you will surely fail. We offer solutions and advice to get you back on the right track. Quick fixes and fad diets may work in the short term but they trap you in a vicious diet cycle where after losing the weight you will pile it all back on and then some.
This is our main area of expertise. We can provide help with your recovery from most injuries all the way to assisting with the correction of postural deficiencies. Most people will have some slight postural issues, due to being seated and using a computer all day. It is conducted as part of a tailored Personal Training program and is the most effective 1 on 1 within the studio environment.
