When you're sitting in traffic feeling more calm, or not being so agitated by other public transport users, you'll be glad you joined! 5 Minute Fitness provides customised fitness solutions for men and women of all fitness levels, including specific post natal rehabilitation and trek preparation. Face life with more energy, better quality sleep and have a more calm attitude by joining a group fitness class or personal training.

Exercise can relieve stress and tension as well as making you more confident and more productive at work. Yes, I know there are plenty of excuses you could come up with to not join. Let me guess; you're too tired, you don't have time, you don't have the energy, the kids, the partner, the job, the weather.
Services
A 45 minute low impact class focusing on building and strengthening the core muscles; abs, back, glutes, and hips. So many people haven't ever been taught how to properly activate the core muscles and get the right muscles doing their job. A common misconception is that the 'core' is your abdominal muscles and doing crunches or sit ups will give you a 'strong core'.
It is taught as a studio class, small group or as a one to one personal training session and is now recognised as the original HIIT workout. Join Metafit classes on a casual basis for $15 per session, or sign up now for a 10 class pass for only $125. To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple un-choreographed, high intensity intervals, and get quick results.
You may scan and email them to me (eve@5minutefitness.com.au), or you're welcome to bring them with you to your first session. The most important thing is that you let me know in advance of any injuries or illness you may have, or medications you're taking, that may affect your ability to exercise in some way, so we can adjust your training accordingly.
5 Minute Fitness has a range of personal training solutions. Definitely not a one size fits all business. If you're searching for a trainer solely based on price, I'll give you a rate, but that's not the way I operate. Please contact me for information.
