For price and location it was fine for the overnight stay. Yes basic but spotless, well done to the employed cleaning staff, quiet ... It was a Monday night but as I live outside the city tend to be 'city noise' sensitive. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Booked by work and met my needs. Skipped the breakfast as lots better options basically anywhere in the vicinity though no doubt my elderly Mum would have appreciated the baked beans and eggs.

This is a really well run motel. We were allocated a room at the back of the property and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room had a seating area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a separate sink. The bed was super comfortable and the motel was in a good location - just 2-3 from the Box Hill Central Shopping Centre.
