Place is very old and dated manager and staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to give you a hand. Unfortunately though the place is sorely dated the layout and design are very prison like amenities in room are terrible
And not sound proofed very well considering pub next door playing loud music or live bands are playing at the pub disappointing though staff and management very professional and dissapointedly let down by the actual physical motel it's self. P.S city east hot accept the homeless or unemployed through various departments eg. LAUNCH HOUSING SALVATION ARMY ECT ECT

Old cream coloured building that has no signage on the outside & looks nothing like a motel.
Basic, small rooms with an adjoining bathroom, air con & TV.
Stepping out of your door, finds you still inside the building.
Clean but looks unimpressive due to its age

Cheap and basic accommodation. Guy on reception was polite and friendly. Rooms have been updated. Would have given 4 stars but my room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and dampness. Don't let this deter you, handy location, under cover parking and cheap!

Absolutely disgusting!! Terribly unclean to the point of health risks because there was mould growing everywhere! The pillows have probably been around since the 80s they are so stained with drool and sweat they are yellow brown in colour. There was piles of dust on the floor along with dead bugs and debris. No respect for for privacy they came in even with the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Do not stay here!!

Checked in with two guests, breakfast is free but was only given enough for 1 guest. Cutlery was dirty, cupboards near bed had that must dust build up was sneezing all night. While have a shower the pipes made a horrible noise. Toaster didn't work had to hold down the button then couldn't eat it was only cooked on one side. Wouldn't recommend. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

After reading a number of other (mostly bad) reviews I expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised with the place & had no significant issues with it.
Overall, our stay was fine, good value & suited our needs. I wouldn’t suggest it for a romantic ‘in room’ getaway, or two week stay, but if you’re looking for a cheap place to crash for a night or two that’s clean & tidy, close to city, includes a basic breakfast & has free onsite parking, then I’d happily recommend it.

Staffs are very kind.
When you have a problem they will come to help you directly. Good staffs.
This motel has free WiFi, hot water and car park.
I can hear the sound of walking on the second floor easily. But if you can hear the noise, staffs will take care of it.
The price is reasonable.
I will stay here next time.
