I wish I can give 0 star. Highly unprofessional and unorganised. I went to the salon along with my 2 friends for hair treatment. Firstly we went there for consultation, as Sonika said i need to check your hair. After checking my hair she suggested me Keratin treatment. I went for keratin next day, I don’t know what kind of chemical product she applied on my hair. As she didn’t open the product in front of me and when i asked she said it is local product. Not sure good one or not. I followed all her instructions to take care after treatment. After I washed my hair, I didn’t found any effects

I don’t like this place. She did my hair treatment( chemical hair treatment) but i am not satisfied. She used local products on my hair. And she didn’t reveal the product name. She go inside and take the product in the bowl. So what she using on my hair i don’t know. After 4 to 5 days i washed my hair but the results is so bad. And the hair is not straight at all. My hair is damaged now. I suggest everyone please don’t go to this salon.

Worse experience i ever had. Had my hair colour done couple of weeks ago, my hair is burned and damaged, my comb can't even go through. Image that the hairstylist showed me was different from what she has done. Otherwise, they are polite and welcoming. I just didn't like my hair and too expensive for the price charged, i will have to cut my hair anyways, it's too damaged.

Positives:
The owner or the manager of this beauty salon is welcoming, friendly and helpful.
She has demonstrated to me cute hairstyles which are alternatives of straightening the hair.
Negatives:
There are inadequate resources for haircuts, such as there are no professional stylish haircuts and hair coloured books.
Without a picture, they could not do a certain haircut and hair colours.
I tried to explain to them that I would like to do a style layer cut, but they never understood me. So I had to show them

This salon is so easy and convenient to get too..
From the Granville station only 3min walk...so much car park if you need it as well..
When I'm in demand for my hair or wax or whatever I need to get done...sonika is always a phone call away...she is very quick and most of all she loves her job‼️‼️‼️
That's why I recommend her any day the service is 10-10 and she always has a warm heart and a very bubbly personality..I love her‼️❤️💯
