Re Suzuki. Hugely dishonest, unreliable and incompetent. I am in disbelief at the level of service provided here in every capacity. Highly advise against taking your car here especially for the price they charge. Better off taking the job to another mechanic or supporting a small business if possible to save yourself the headache. Here are a handful (not all) the issues I faced:
- Advised that it would be a 3 day job initially. Ended up taking over a month, as the team ordered the wrong parts and later forgot to order a clip (another part required for the fix). Gave many false times for when it

Dont Trust them and double check the fees
I did my annual maintenance in Nov at Peter Warren and they charged me more than what it was supposed to be. They acknowledged the mistake and ask me to provide my bank account. Since then, I’ve been following up and sending emails but yet to refund.
Also, they were supposed to fixed my tinted window which had been done there, but when I dropped my car for service, they said sorry we forgot to tell you we don’t work with the tinting company anymore and you need to reach out to them directly (if they had told me at first, I wouldn’t have gone there

Bunch of thieves. They sold a car with many issues (engine burning oil, coolant leak, back doors dont open). They re playing dumb with me, they say they will fix it but after 6 months I still have to get it done, they keep avoiding me and my phone calls. They tried to tell me that the car has no problems despite the facts that I got it checked from other mechanics which have confirmed the problems. Do yourselves a favour, stay away from Peter Warren as they will most likely rip you off.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NEW CAR FROM KIA Peter Warren.
I purchased a New Demo KIA Stinger GT from Peter Warren Jun 2020.
I am still experiencing Car issues about 18 Months later.
I have experienced a terrible Sunroof Rattle from the moment I took ownership of the Car & a noise that could be heard over the top of my Stereo.
The Sales Team at KIA Peter Warren were all very nice when taking my money, until the Car issue's surfaced & the Dealer Principle completely distanced himself. He knows about the issues.
18 Months of continually bringing my Car into the Service Centre
