Professional outfit. Quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to it - even though the car was in pretty poor condition when they came to collect. Arrived on time, told me exactly what to do with the Notice of Disposal and old plates. Received the text showing the transfer had been made before i walked back in the house. Thanks.

I had a great experience using Sydney Car Buyer. They were on time, efficient and accommodating (even coming back an hour later to allow enough time for me to clean out my car). The valuation was fair and payment was processed in the same day. Juma the inspector and driver was polite and helped me understand what was going on every step of the way. Stay away from this business. Firstly the person who answered the phone was rude and offered my $200 for my car ? what a joke. They advertise that they can pay top dollars but in reality that's not the case.
I told them that my car is a very good shape and you can sell a door for $$ and this person on the phone was aggressive and would not offer anything above $200.

We had a great experience. Driver arrived within alllcated half hour time slot and was super friendly and organised. Payment went into our account straight away. We’d previously had issues with other companies not showing up so to have such great service from the driver, Paul, was really great. 5 stars!!

When i ring these guys i was surprised to hear there offer. They offered me double the amount other companies were offering me.
Driver and other staffs are very professional, kind, smart. They are very puntual about time.
I liked it when they pick it up just a day later when i first call them. I totally forgot that they are coming but they reminded me a night before and also called me before they arrive.
