Terrible customer service, rude and VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend their service to anyone. Pay a deposit then wait 6 months to even have any sort of contact with the company. The client always has to make first contact, there are no phone calls, emails or messages from the company at all unless the client makes first contact. Very casual and unprofessional as if it’s a “friends” basis, with no official booking times, “fitting in when possible” then when some sort of appointments are made they do not show up and still then the client has to make contact as to why no one has

Great service! Byron came out to inspect the garage door opener the same day I rang, and had someone out the next day to replace it. Workmanship and service is very professional. The garage door runs super smooth and the neighbours no longer hear my noisy door. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Doors. Thank you again.

Byron and Angie from Hi-Tech Doors were amazing. They really got us out of an inconvenient (garage door) jam this evening, after hours. They managed to get our door moving from its stuck position and replace new cables all while the kids were asleep in the rooms next door. They even made the door flush with the floor, better than when it was first installed. Truly amazing and lovely people. Thank you again for your time tonight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot speak highly enough of Byron. The cable on our automatic panel-lift door (only two years old) snapped while closing at 7pm at night, causing the door to twist and jam. We tried to fix it ourselves but it started to run off its tracks! With both our cars in the garage! I googled emergency door services in Brisbane and found a number for Hi-Tech Doors. Byron kindly answered my desperate call and came out at 8pm and got the door unstuck and operating fully.
