I have used Purple Patch Doors for many years and before me was my Mother whom I took over once she retired. From the moment I called and spoke to Kate on the phone she answered all of my questions and was able to book in my client (real estate). Followed up the day before and then while the technicians were there they quoted the price before going ahead. Overall it's a 5 star experience and I will continue to use and recommend them. Thanks to Purple Patch roller doors....in particular Megan who took my call today and moved jobs around to fit in the repair of my roller door, as, they were booked out.
I can understand now why they are so popular and in demand.....great service....thanks to Michael who not only came out from another job to diagnose the issue with my roller door... after 5pm, he drove back to his place of work at Coopers Plains from Mount Gravatt East to pick up more parts for the job and repaired the door and also checked out the workings of the door and motor to advise me the motor will need to be repaired

Purple patch responded to me so quickly because my remote had been stolen and I was concerned about security. Within the phone call they arranged for a technician to come to my place and instal a new door lifter with 2 new remotes and 7 yr warranty. I had installed a door lifter at my old house with them and knew they were helpful but this was so quick & very much appreciated.Thank you so much. All I can say about the product so far is that it feels safe in my home again and the motor is so quiet. I had no trouble at my old house so I’m sure it will be great. Would totally recommend purple patch
