Services
It is very normal to feel uncomfortable about talking to a new person about personal things. At Insight Psychology Group, we take a relaxed and supportive approach to put people at ease. In the first session, your therapist will conduct a thorough assessment of your current life situation, difficulties and any related factors and history.
At Insight Psychology Group, our clinical psychologists are trained in, and use, a variety of evidence-based therapies, that are matched to your individual needs or preferences. Anxiety disorders (social anxiety, phobias, worry, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder). Clients who receive a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their GP are able to claim a Medicare rebate for services provided.
Appointments at our Five Dock location are currently available on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Appointments at our Smithfield location are currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Appointments are available during business hours as well as after-hours at both locations. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and accommodate them if possible.
