In 1967 Jack and Patricia Muller started a small business by arranging a small loan through their uncle, Don McKinney. Don was also in the tyre industry and still operates as 'Ridge Tyre & Mechanical at Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, Queensland. The business grew rapidly and my brothers and I found ourselves looking for other avenues to expand our knowledge.
We offer a range of top quality tyres for all types of vehicles, specialising in Michelin and BFGoodrich brands. Tyres leaking air? Call in and see one of our fully trained tyre experts to quickly and professionally diagnose and repair your tyre. Whether standard or high performance, all tyres are removed and checked thoroughly both inside and out, before being repaired to the very highest stringent standards.
A tyre in general is a balance of performances. It is not difficult to improve the tyre performance in one particular aspect. The real challenge is to improve at the same time, all the key performances. Since the early days of MICHELIN brand, we have been following a unique concept in research and development - to develop and produce tyres with outstanding overall performances.

Whilst travelling through the area I sought assistance for an issue with my wheel alignment. I was referred to this business by the local Mercedes dealer because my Sprinter was too large for their workshop.

I can not thank John and his team enough, after coming from one disaster to another, being stuffed around by the Townsville agents for RACQ, and RACQ Ultra, it was very refreshing to find someone who, not only cared, but was determined to help, as a TPI pensioner (and John does not know this), I find this level of service , rare in indeed in this age.
